Sweet, simple and scenic – that’s the vibe at Spring Bottom Farm in Benniworth, on the edge of the peaceful Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. As a back to basics pop-up site, this is the place to be if you’re after simple stays with stunning views and plenty of peace and quiet. The well-maintained grass field is on a smallholding in a quiet area, with views of Lincoln in the distance (if you want to go there in person, it’s half an hour’s drive away). Take yourself off on a more-than-pleasant five-mile walk in the local area, stopping off for a refresher at the local community pub, which is open on weekends and 50 minutes’ walk along the route. With half an acre of well-maintained grass at Spring Bottom Farm, there’s plenty of space for kids, dogs and big kids to run free. There are simple amenities – portable toilet access and a washing-up area to deal with any grubby dishes left over after your own barbecues – so focus on getting your outdoor fix. There’s a small food shop 10 minutes’ drive away and the market town of Louth is 15 minutes’ drive away with a bountiful supply of cafés, eateries and pubs.

This family farm campground's a ripper for a chill escape. Plenty of room, ace views, and heaps of walks. Mates rave about the friendly owners, clean basic facilities, local honey/eggs, quiet vibes, and great value. Many reckon they'll be back!

Liked I had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay at this campsite. It was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. The farmer and his dad were both very friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

The surrounding area is lovely for walking, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the countryside. The campsite has basic facilities, including a toilet and sink, which were appreciated during my stay.

Overall, I had a fantastic stay and left feeling completely chilled out and refreshed. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing campsite.

Disliked I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like.

Liked Great place. Lovely and quiet location and had the whole place to ourselves. Loved the outdoor toilet facilities and a sink to wash our pots in 😁really friendly greeting aswell brilliant all round.

Liked Such a nice and cosy campsite. Loved that it had a toilet, sink and running water. The honey and eggs for sale were a bonus. Paul and his sons were very nice and helpful with local information.
