Me gustó Nice spot and space for kids to go play. Facilities not the best but you have to remember this site is cheap, £22 a night...

Will definitely visit again in the future 👍

Me gustó Warm welcome, good pitch size, responses via email, quiet place, good distance to facilities from pitch.

No me gustó Only 1 shower room to share. Need more space, better shower facility as floor gets wet easily. Better wash up area with water.

Me gustó We had a fantastic time at Holme Lea Farm Campsite!

The spacious grassy area is perfect for kids to play, with a great wooden play structure, swings, and plenty of room to run around.

Lots of bits for younger ones all clean and tidy and some great vehicles for them to admire on the grounds tractors and trailers.

The surrounding trees and the charming farmhouse add a lovely rural vibe. I hear the older part is haunted!

It’s a wonderful spot for a family getaway, and the open space makes it ideal for outdoor fun.

Fantastic Hosts! Nothing is too much trouble so thoughtful and kind hearted!

Has all the facilities you would need!

Lots of rules times etc are made very clear and this creates such a nice environment in the site to keep it calm in the countryside!

Very well kept!

No me gustó The washing up area could do with a little refining! Perfectly usable but maybe a little update.

More bins as they fill quick! Are also emptied quickly but also fill quickly!

Me gustó The site was well kept and the owners were very helpful from the time we arrived to when we were packing up to leave.

No me gustó The toilets were basic, with only one toilet for the ladies. The hand soap unit in the ladies needs to be removed and the sink needs to be bigger to give space to brush teeth and have a wash.

If I can explain we do have one ladies toilet in the block and another in the shower room with large sink and vanity unit, large mirror etc. All toiletries are provided there too inc hand cream shower gels etc. I agree the soap dispenser is out of use but is difficult to remove completely without leaving an unsightly space. Instead we provide free standing soap, hand sanitizer etc. the majority of our guests have their own facilities in their caravans and camper vans. It is only on the rare occasion such as bank hols that there may be a short wait for toilet.

Me gustó Good level site in a good location with easy routes to local towns/attractions. Also a bus service passes the gate.

Me gustó Liked everything! Nice flat grass site, with plenty of space around. The hosts couldn't have been friendlier and went above and beyond for our neighbours who's tent had failed.
Hosts Steve and Loise showed us around their rental wagon, beautiful!
For anyone with children there is plenty of space and toys for them.
Ok, so some reviews mention toilet and shower facilities, but we found them more than adequate.
Nice pub (Wagon and Horses) just a few minutes out of the site. We had an excellent Sunday lunch there.
Also on the bus route (run 2 hourly). We went to Louth, about 15 minutes and loved the town. A lot open even though it was Monday. We intend going back in on a Saturday for market day.
Looking forward to a return visit

Me gustó Loved the freedom of the site. Such friendly staff and very attentive. Showers & toilets are very clean and shower get etc was supplied. The lady who lived there can’t do enough for you. I will definitely return

Not cramed in
Loved the fact u can choose ur on plot on arrival
Not far from the coast

No me gustó Shower and toilet block need more
However owner are aware and it's all a working progress

We do have Two mens toilets and two urinals, one ladies toilet and one in the shower room. As the majority of our guests are motor homes and large caravans with their own facilities it is only busier times such as bank holidays when we have a few more tents that you might have a short wait.

Me gustó Location is very good, close to beaches and seaside. Local pubs and restaurants are vibrant with plenty of supermarkets nearby.

Thank you for your feedback and for leaving posititve comments and the fact that you would recommend to friends and visit again which is great. I was a little puzzled though by the score of 5. We do take notice of comments and if we can improve campers experience we will. As you know we are a rural farm site charging very reasonable pitch fees, so although ideally we would like to provide more and renew facilities this would inevitably lead to higher pitch fees. In the present climate and a short season unfortunately it is not viable.
