Me gustó: This was my first time camping properly and it didn’t disappoint. I threw myself into the deep end and thoroughly enjoyed it. The field is in a great location on the river. My children really enjoyed it. There was lots of space to just enjoy the outdoors with no distractions. The owner messaged as soon as I booked which was great. There’s no check in or out time which made it even more relaxing.

Me gustó: Amazing location on the River Severn. Plenty of space for the kids to be ferral. Beautiful views and very peaceful. Owner offers lots of little extras, we had a Quiche and a Cake which went down a treat. Wild camping with the 2 important things, water and a composting toilet......the rest is up to you!

Me gustó: Peace, tranquility, beautiful location and such a chilled out vibe We had a fire, chatted, played games and watched the Severn bore - amazing!!!! Great to get the teenagers off the grid even if it’s only for a night No facilities except a compost toilet but that was fine by us

Me gustó: Laura was super helpful and friendly. Lovely site, quiet, no light pollution and right next to the river. Added bonus of a two star bore. Firewood and basic provisions available. Highly recommend.

Me gustó: Location remote.no light pollution .great spot by the river .the bore is great to watch coming up the river .owner very friendly.relaxed atmosphere.would visit again

Me gustó: The location. Beautiful sunsets, Seven Bore, the quietness and wildlife. Also they have a compost toilet! Running water and bins. The hosts are amazing, friendly and welcoming. No time limit on check out which is always a bonus in my book!. Free firewood. Solitude. There was only a about 4 campers there the whole weekend, and you had so much space you felt you were alone. The sky at night was amazing!.

No me gustó: Can not take car to pitch so its quite annoying to have to keep going back to the car for your items. The water tap is quite a walk away from the pitch, car parking area even. Was hard as we went when the weather was almost hitting 40 in the recent heatwave.

Del administrador: Hi Belinda, Thank you for your review. I was advised to park away from the tents. I have now changed this. This is the first time we have opened a campsite, so all comments and reviews are vital to us, so we can help get it right. Vehicles can now be taken & left beside tents. Regarding the water. I will look into running extra pipe along closer to the campsite for next year. Hopefully though, people can drive to the water and fill up nice and easily. I am sorry to see you won’t be staying with us again. Maybe now we have changed to parking beside your tent you may visit again. Your photos are lovely! Laura 🏕
