New Green End Farm

Me gustó: Large open field - great for ball sports and kite flying (obviously campers). Clean toilets with running water. Kitchen with Fridge and sink to wash up indoors useful in unpredictable British weather. There was a Chemical disposal point for emptying toilet although I didn’t find this in the website information. Lovely woods at the side for exploration; part of Whipsnade nature reserve I believe. Owner lovely, chatty and informative of local area and a beautiful wee dog named ‘flip flop’. Would happily return to this campsite.

No me gustó: Showers were basic, in an outdoor hut but I was out off by the fact that you could see over the top. Only one hand dryer and it was in the mens. Airplanes landing at Luton went low overhead which some people may not like unless aviation fans.

Me gustó: Relaxed, no fuss, good value, good essential facilities, flat dry grassy pitches

No me gustó: Like most locations in the area, some plane noise from Luton airport, it is what it is and didn't detract from our stay.

Me gustó: Having a “kitchen” area with a fridge and a sink. Could do with some chairs and table, but it was a pleasant surprise

No me gustó: Outdoor showers only, it was very cold with very strong winds so not pleasantly. There is some covered indoor area but the door was always wide open and it was freezing as well

Me gustó: Stayed for a weekend and loved the site. Friendly owners and the site itself feels safe. Brilliant facilities, some of the best we've seen camping, icnluson a fridge and indoor washing up.
Nice and peaceful site that is well located and easily accessible. Don't forget your earplugs to save you from the plane noise, though! Only downside.

No me gustó: Planes, but this can be mitigated.

No me gustó: No hot water to wash up! Very minor I just boiler the kettle next time!

Me gustó: The toilets were clean, staff were welcoming and friendly . Lots of lovely walks and a pub in walking distance

No me gustó: Maybe due to a thunderstorm there were airplanes flying over most of the night

The flight path into Luton Airport is a little out of our control though!!

Me gustó: Size of area in which to pitch tent. Owner very helpful.

No me gustó: No hot water to wah up used items.

Me gustó: Well maintained areas the shower and toilet block was excellent the planes were a bit loud but what would you expect that close to Luton ideal for London visit and Bletchley park which was our itinerary

No me gustó: A little difficult to find from postcode but no problem from name

Del administrador: Hi thanks for staying with us, we are close to the airport but they do change the flight path on a regular basis so that's good, we also hope to get some official signs up next year as we have applied to the council, we do have a new post code just this month for the site on Land Park Lane and this is LU6 2PZ, we will add to Pitchup ready for next season, thanks again, great pictures, see you soon.

Me gustó: Perfect for camping with young children if you just want somewhere to set up your tent and have space to run around. Lots of space between us and others.
