Liked: Beautiful site just outside Newcastle. Ideal.for visiting the area or like us for a one night stay on the way further north. Good size level hardstanding pitches for motorhomes. Shower block was old but spotlessly clean with really hot shower. The warden was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area

Liked: Liked everything this site had to offer. The warden was very nice and very helpful. The site was on a great bus route to Newcastle or Hexham, and there was a lovely pub called the White Swan only 1 km walk to in Ovingham

Liked: Gordon was v friendly, good sized pitch
Disliked: No toilet roll, whilst toilet and shower was clean, it really really needs some serious work. Waste area is down a set of stairs so a bit awkward with the wheels.

Liked: Very friendly staff, The warden went above and beyond to ensure we had settled in perfectly, Facilities were clean and tidy..Perfect with what we needed them for. As you can see by my photo the pitch sizes are more than plenty
