Everything was spot on

Quiet, good size pitches, very helpful staff (Gordon)

Shower block is basic and too small when pitches are full

Good size pitches , well maintained site and great site manager

Toilets and showers, although we were told new toilets and showers would be available in the near future

Showers and toilets were full of bugs/ cob webs and dirty. Men doing decking on caravans - lovely decking but men started at 7am!

Quiet site nice area plenty to see and do.

Toilet block very clean but very dated with one shower apparently new block due to be built anytime.

Lovely and helpful staff and the area is ideal for long walks /easily accessible shops nearby

1 shower per gender (as everyone in the reviews is screaming crying about) but the majority of the site is caravan/campervan which don’t use the showers and they were always available when I needed and always clean

Shower blocks need updating but not awful

Fantastic park warden who is very helpful very friendly and made sure the other users kept their dogs on the leash. This is especially important as I’m rather nervous around dogs.

The only downside was the new shop block has not been installed yet. The current block is adequate and was definitely kept clean but it is very dated.

Relaxed atmosphere. Large pitches. Well presented site with great views from terraced pitches. Very helpful warden. In general a lovely site and would definitely go back.

Need better route guidance as some bridges are narrow if towing.

Very poor shower block. Only one female shower and two toilets. Definitely need updating, very tired. Dirty when we arrived , cleaned in the morning fir the first time in a week. Washing up facilities also very poor. Water point not signed. Two taps who knows what they were. We travelled with water thank goodness.
