Liked: Well situated and clearly being improved and we were given a reasonably level grass pitch. Toilets were clean and showers hot.
Site warden was friendly and helpful and obviously present around the site. We used the newly installed drive over grey waste which worked fine.Disliked: A little noisy with children, but it was a summer holiday weekend. We'll avoid that time in future.

Liked: Friendly staff, nice field and some new amenities. Quite a few good walks along the tyne and a canny pub a short stroll. Lots of visiting nature, owls etc.
Disliked: Road noise from adjacent road and closeness of a69 above. Pack some earplugs job done.

Liked: Easy access. Friendly staff. Had no problems with the stay. We will visit again
Disliked: Some sloped tent pitches, the new toilet block was very nice but would benefit from having some urinals in there as opposed to just the current 2 toilet cubicles. It was all kept clean.
