Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked: Facilities were good, clean toilets and showers, very good facilities in the likes of a indoor swimming pool gym and restaurant / take away food and bar,
Disliked: The place is full of Rabbits, which does not help if you want to sit down on the grass outside or if you had small children to play on the grass the Rabbits POO all over the place the hygiene for them ( small children could think little balls of sweets) also the toilet roll position in the bathrooms questionable as it was directly behind you awkward to reach when sitting down, not suitable for older person, maybe pest control for the Rabbits would be a idea as outside camper like a litter tray, sites ground were unlevel, they could do with a little attention,

From the manager: Thanks for taking the time to give us some feedback on your recent stay at the park.
I have passed your comments to maintenance regarding the toilet roll holders in the bathrooms and they will look at this.
We ask that if people are unhappy with their pitch that they speak to us on arrival and we will always try our best to accommodate you elsewhere on the park.
Our rabbits on the site are loved by some and not by others, as they are wild animals and our site is in the glorious countryside of Dumfries and Galloway we have to accept and share our space with our furry friends.
Will definitely be back
Standard 2 bedroom static caravan (pet friendly)
Liked: Caravan was spotless. Nice and big. Done a few crafts kids liked that. Everything is kept clean. Rabbits a bonus for kids. Shop had everything you need.
Disliked: Standard caravan has no towels. Lovely caravan but could do with a few more bits added. No entertainment in the week so kids were bored went into arcades instead. Takeaway was lovely. Restaraunt not so good. Had to buy Wi-Fi in standard

From the manager: Thanks for your feedback our holidays are self catering and do require you to bring your own towels/tea towels which is advised in your emails prior to arrival. Towels can be rented if you have forgotten to bring them with you.
Standard caravans are our basic model but higher grades of caravans are available.
WIFI is payable when in your caravan but is free when in the bars/restaurants or complex.
Lovely, clean site, excellent facilities and staff were very friendly.

Liked: will liked the campsite very clean toilets good entertainment, we had lots of laugh
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: they say laughter is the best medicine and so glad you enjoyed your stay
Generally a good site, a few tweaks and it could be great.
Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked: Nice campsite. Good size pitches. Plenty of facilities and entertainment. Pool, large park, bars, restaurant and beach to name a few.
Disliked: Touring pitches very noisy due to loads of birds in the trees and road noise. I asked for quite spot but didn't seem to listen even though there were pitches further up. Toilets though modern need work, every toilet seat seemed to be broken and not a lot or no hot water in top touring facilities.
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: Sorry to hear that you were not happy with the pitch you had booked during your stay we will always move pitches if people ask on arrival if we have availability, i will pass on your feedback to maintenance regarding the hot water issue and we can only apologise if seats were broken during your stay our housekeepers are very quick to replace seats damaged as soon as areas are checked or reported to us.
Glad to hear you enjoyed the rest of the facilities at the site.

Electric hardstanding touring pitch
Liked: Size of site, entertainment complex, great shop on site, proper showers,
Disliked: Hardstanding pitches not level, tv reception was bad, pay for wifi, out of the way from everything, need a car to go anywhere.
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: Thanks for the feedback on your recent stay most of our pitches in the purple zone are level and we will always move people if they feel their pitch is not suitable if we can, we are in a rural location and yes you do need a car to get to some areas of our little corner of Scotland but our reception team have extensive local knowledge and can always recommend places that can be accessed via our local bus service.
Hope to see you again.
