What customers say
This spot has prime beach access & is a hop to shops, with friendly staff. Spacious pitches, clean loos & a well-stocked shop get thumbs up. Families love the pools. Most would return, though some found loos a bit dated & had minor issues with cleanliness, pitch, or noise.

Lovely quiet campsite by the beach!
Electric grass pitch
Liked Quiet site right by the beach
Disliked Cleanliness of toilets and confusing road to find campsite with name so similar to other campsites locally

Overall a lively site, and I would certainly return.
Electric grass pitch (large)
Liked The reception staff were friendly and helpful, the shop useful and well stocked, and the restaurant and outdoor seating area were lovely. The location of the site was perfect, direct access to the beach and a short walk to a small village with a pub, fish and chip shop and small shop.
Pitch sizes were good and the touring site was well set out. The toilet blocks were clean, with plenty of loos and showers, and the showers had good pressure and stayed warm.
Disliked Some of the pitches were quite sloping, so take your levelling blocks! and it was quite a walk to the toilet block from our pitch (23). Unfortunately the pitches were quite muddy, with little or no grass (just a patch of mud/soil) but I understand the weather had been shocking before our arrival, so little the site could do about this.
Site wifi was very expensive (in my opinion).

Liked Brilliant for an overnight camper van stop. Lovely area at the back of site amongst trees. Felt quiet and safe. Chippy and bar b site also use of facilities.

Electric grass pitch
Liked Lovely location as feels very rural and only a stones throw from the beach and lovely walks along them. Brilliant pub a couple of hundred metres away ‘Sailers home’ great food! And dogs welcome
Disliked Paid extra to take our dog however only allowed in small section of inside restaurant so not really practical. And the touring site toilets block is a little rustic and quite a walk from most pitches

Wouldn’t return
Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Close to sea, pitch size was good.
Disliked Badly outdated shower & toilet facilities, too small - seat is in shower bit didn’t fold up so was wet through, broken tiles on walls - needs a complete re think! Also these facilities were amongst the static vans rather bizarre when the people using them are from the touring section. Also, male attendant just breezed in with no announcement whatsoever.
Field we were in was very rutted, lots of dips & hollows and only one working light along the roadway
