Liked The size of the pitch. Nice staff. Nice bath in toilet block

Disliked Womens toilets…

Toilet block is gross. Most the time there was no toilet roll,

rubbish in toilet block.

Had 2 showers with a seat in but no where to store your clothes while showering and is at risk of getting wet from having a shower.

Push button for shower which doesn’t last long.

Bath tap constantly leaking. Wasn’t just a drip. When tried to tighten had to use a towel as burnt my hand while trying to tighten it.

Laundrette completely flooded, push taps, again didn’t last long, hot water at the scoldering point. No plug for sink.

Disliked Toilets and showers on touring site not clean . Did not like using them poor for a park dean site . Showers toilets filthy rubbish in one shower left in there over a day so not cleaned . Poor standard

Liked Nice spacious pitch , touring pitch clean and maintained, lots to do on site , swimming free and just turn up without booking , friendly and helpful staff everywhere on the park , chicken shop and chippy both nice helpful and polite staff, would stay again .

Disliked Onsite shop overpriced but always expected on this type of site , touring toilets and showers was not the best , did get cleaned on a morning didn't seem to get checked after that which is a shame let's the touring site down , I believe if you psy for a pitch the onsite facilities should be cleaned regardless of you been able to shower ect in your caravan , shame but also not the worst ive seen , also wifi not great only works when it wants.

Liked Spacious pitches, entertainment bar, outside bar lovely.

Disliked Swimming Pool closed on a Monday.. even though it was bankholiday Monday, also crazy golf closed.
Amenities for the campsite were poor, toilets didn't flush, leaking, causing unpleasant smell. Didn't use the shower due to the cleanliness of the entire shower/toilet block.

Liked We had a lovely sized corner pitch close to the shower block, Elsan point and water.

The touring site is located fairly centrally on the site.

The show bar had a good range of entertainment and good selection of drinks.

The chicken shack offers freshly cooked, quality food. The staff are super friendly and helpful too.

Disliked The smell of sewage being so close to the Elsa’s point. Toilet block is very outdated and needs some major investment. The shower block didn’t appear to get cleaned with dirty floors, no soap at the sinks and filthy toilets. Parkdean need to sort this out!

During the day at the Show bar end of the site there wasn’t anywhere to grab a drink/food before the chicken shack opened whilst the kids played at the park which was a little frustrating.

The food at The Boathouse restaurant was of a pretty poor standard unfortunately.
