From the manager: Hi Kevin, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. Just to clarify for future guests, our camping pitch rate is £35 per night, which includes your pitch, water, electricity, and access to the kitchen and bathroom facilities. Our camping accommodation does not include activity access, as our beach, lake, and activities operate separately from overnight stays, and this is clearly outlined at the time of booking. As for food, drinks, and activities, these are priced separately in line with the experience and facilities we provide. We understand that value is subjective, but we always aim to be transparent with our pricing so guests can make an informed choice before booking. We appreciate your feedback regarding the shower facilities and will take that on board.
