Liked Fantastic location and ideally situated close to Penzance and Marazion. Gavin the owner was great and immediately led us to our pitch and explained the basics of what we can expect during our stay. The toilet facilities are ok. Perhaps maybe a couple of extra toilets in the toilet block because there were just two sit down toilets in the gents which on occasion were both in use but I did not have to wait too long. The showers are great. Also good facilities to wash your dishes and with a nice wash house situated close to the shower block. The site is well laid out with plenty of space and the setting is very quiet and peaceful. There are also food vans that appear on site in the evening. When we were there there we had burgers one night and on another night there was Greek food served. Gavin was very approachable and always happy to provide you with help and advice on where to travel in the near vicinity.

Disliked We really enjoyed our four night stay here. No major issues.

Liked Great location and very close to Arundel Town and Castle with quick access to the main road if you want to travel around. We liked the site. It seems quite well hidden near the Premiere Inn so initially we thought we were in the wrong place when we arrived because there is no reception hut where you can go to announce your arrival. The fact that the site is so well hidden is a good factor because the camp is more quiet and hidden from the main road which allows for more security and privacy. Our tent pitch was very near to the wash house which was very convenient.

Disliked Nothing. The site functioned as to be expected.

Liked Absolutely loved our stay here. The site is situated around a number of beautiful carp fishing lakes and the scenery is very quiet and tranquil. Great on site facilities for campers and our Tent pitch was great. Perfect location for a quick drive into Battle and the surrounding area.

Liked Absolutely loved this site and both David and Gill are great hosts and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Dave came over to welcome us after we set up our tent pitch and he was happy to share ideas about places to go in the near area. The campsite is very clean and tidy and in a very beautiful location. Quick access to major supermarkets just down the road in Welshpool and you are only a short 16 mile drive from Shrewsbury. The shower blocks, toilets and cleaning facilities are spotless and kept well maintained.

Liked very good site and with very great facilities. All you need really. Clive was very helpful and showed us around the site and helped us chose an ideal pitch for our tent. This is a good location and Snowdonia is within easy reach and Beddgelert is just down the road and Caernarfon a short drive away. The shower block and facilities were functional and the kitchen area to wash up your pots and pans is great. Thank you for a great stay.

Liked Great location close to Praa Sands and the main towns like Penzance and St Ives are not too far away. The facilities are suitable and functional. Friendly welcome from the owners who were more than happy to help us with any tips and advice. The tent pitches are large and well spaced out.

Disliked A bit exposed to the winds blowing in from the sea where were situated but I suppose this is to be expected in South Cornwall where the winds blow in off the sea and buffet the cost.
