From the manager: Hi Joe, sorry you feel this way. Most people can get TV signal on site however we do advise publicly that it isn’t perfect for reception, as we are nestled among many trees and hills. The pitches you were on are usually relatively good for signal. Unfortunately if you have called an external mobile repair company to come to your van we cannot refund this as it is completely out of our control. Sorry this has affected your stay us.
