Liked Booked 2 days before arrival then had to cancel due to family emergency took my money and failed to refund or partially refund wouldn't mind if it was bank holiday or summer holidays and they had to turn away people but the place was empty, also I've had no correspondence from owner just took my money and blank me cheers
