Liked Very helpful at reception. Good sized pitches with shade. Excellent clean facilities. Beautiful location by the lake. Lovely swimming pool area with plenty of shade.

Disliked We were very disappointed with our stay at Organya Park. Our first impression when we pulled up at the gate was that the site was unkempt and unloved. We arrived at 16.00 hrs on Sunday evening; there was no-one at reception. After 30 mins and 3 attempts to contact someone (the intercom at the gate cut off; then two calls to two different numbers) the maintenance man was despatched to check us in. He was helpful and efficient, given it wasn’t his job! The pitches were overgrown with weeds; the ladies toilet block was untidy and hadn’t been cleaned - it still wasn’t clean when we left at 09.30 the following morning. Lastly, having looked forward to a ‘gastronomic delight’ at the restaurant, we were told it, and the bar, were closed on Sunday evening. We have stayed at many other sites that are a lot better presented for 27 euros a night. Needless to say, we cut short our stay and left after one night.

From the manager: Hola, lamentem qwue la seva estada no hagi estat del seu gust, però la Recepció no està deixada, els Diumenges tarda molt del personal que treballa durant la setmana, fa festa, tenim prioritats com el descans per la conciliació familiar. Els banys els netegem a diari, però quan hi ha massificació sempre pot quedar en algun moment menys arreglat. el Restaurant els diumenges tarda, en temporada baixa tanca, lamentem que no hagi pogut provar la nostra ‘gastronomic delight’. Es un Camping petit, aqui tothom fem de tot i ens ajudem en les tasques diaries, i el nostre company de Manteniment ens ajuda a recepció quan fa falta, la seva feina com la dels altres es dona un bon servei als nostres clients que venen amb una actitut oberta.
