Liked Absolutely beautiful site! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The facilities were always clean and tidy! Great little shop onsite which was extremely reasonably priced! Lovely kids park aswell. Would definitely stay again!

Liked Nice, large pitches with lots of outside space to play games. Lovely views and facilities were clean.

Disliked Didnt like the fact the hand wash machines at the sinks were broken and they had just put a bar of soap out to use which i didn't feel was very hygienic personally.

Liked Second stay at Fendicks and it didn't disappoint! Well apart from the weather! Haha. Lovely food in Rondos as usual and all the staff were so helpful. Lisa, Tom and Adrian to name a few! Thanks for a nice 3 days.

Liked What an absolutely beautiful site! The facilities are absolutely spotless! The site is nice and quiet with a lovely area for playing football and also a lovely little park for kids! The fishing lake is beautiful and you can catch some lovely carp! There is a swimming pool aswell which is lovely! The staff are so friendly and will do anything to help! I will 100% be back again next year! Can honestly say its one of the best sites i have ever been too! Such beautifully kept grounds aswell!

Liked What an absolute gem of a site! Lovely and clean! Beautiful grounds! The scenery is gorgeous with 5 lakes! We camped on lake 5. Caught lots of lovely carp and tench. The people are so friendly here! Nothing is too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant for dinner every night. Wow! What can i say! The food is fantastic! Really delicious! And very reasonably priced. As were the drinks. Will definitely be back! Thanks for such a lovely weekend.

Liked Loved the pitches themselves. Very well kept, the house team were really friendly and the fishing was fantastic. Such a lovely bailiff.

Disliked The toilet and shower facilities are not good. The shower was filthy, black floor, mould on tiles, cobwebs everywhere, dead spider and clog of hairbin the corner for days. you could use the shower shacks but they were only one temperature which was HOT so not good. The toilets weren't good either. Multiple times running out of toilet paper. The disabled toilet was unusable as the door wouldn't lock and there was no shower for a carer.

We are surprised that the Shower Shacks were not to your liking, as we have had so many people comment on how nice they are, but I guess we cannot please everyone. We will of course check on the toilet and shower block issues as these should be re-stocked and cleaned every day by our cleaners, so many apologies and it will be corrected. We will also look at the disabled toilet and shower issues, thank you for bringing these to our attention. As a charity, we do our very best with limited funds to supply a good level of amenities to suit all types of requirements, but as in your case it can sometimes not hit the mark. Liked Had a fantastic time here. Phil and Mandy were so friendly. The fishing is fantastic. The lakes are fab. Nice facilities and a relaxing break.
