Euro 1 bedroom cabin

Liked Is it Ok to describe the situation honestly?
As soon as I arrived, the owner said " there is no water, it's dry."
I did not understand that first. That means "currentry no water supply to the cabin. so, no tilet, no shower in th cabin." Hey, that was totally different from the description in the web reservation page. If I knew "No shower, No toilet in the room.", I would not book the room(cabin). However, I had no other choice except staying the "no water" cabin. How could I find other possible hotel/motel?

Room charge was discouted.

I was aware that the toilet, the shower in the room(cabin) looked like disavailable for a long time. It was not "currently". Web site description " toilet, shower in the room" should be erased.

Disliked Bed making was not so clean. Also bed sheets were not new. A couple of somebody's hair were remained on the sheets.

From the manager: We apologize for any inconvenience the unexpected water issues may have caused. We just purchased the park in June of this year and have been actively trying to correct the situation. We did our best to provide suitable accommodations as well as provide a discounts, as we realize the cabins was not as advertised online. We still had restrooms and showers readily available on site. As it was just the cabin that had the plumbing issues. Again our apologies.

Liked Office staff was helpful Clean and well lit toilets.

Disliked Under renovation, without prior notice. No soundproofing between adjoining cabins.

From the manager: We are sorry to hear about your experience. Not sure what you mean by soundproofing, but these are log cabins with a shared restroom. The cabins are currently under renovations to replace the water system. Winters are hard jn alaska. Unfortunately we weren't able to contact guests as we did not have contact information available as we were only recently able to gain access to pitchup since purchasing the Campground in June and no contact info was left from previous owner for already booked guests.

Local attractions

Get ready to hit the river – it’s a mere 15-minute drive to Copper Center, where expert guides can take you out in search of the prized red salmon and king salmon that swim in the Copper River and other nearby waterways. If you’d rather watch the river action, keep your eyes out for traditional fish wheels ploughing the waters. On the other hand, if you want to get properly stuck in with the waters, sign up for rafting trips from Copper Center. Hikers and cyclists have miles and miles (and miles and miles) of trails to explore in the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park & Preserve. There’s potential to get lost in the park’s 13 million acres, so stop off at the Visitor Center (10 minutes’ drive from Northern Nights) for route maps and the latest trail updates. Once you’ve seen it up close, get an epic overview of some of the scenery (glaciers and all) on a flightseeing trip with Copper Valley Air Day Tours (five minutes’ drive).
