Liked: Staff on site were helpful and the toilet and shower blocks were clean with hot running water - no push buttons
Disliked: Pitches were slightly overgrown and the shuttle bus doesn’t run past the site, you have to walk for about 1km to get to the bus stop in San Marcos town.
The cafe / restaurant bar shut about 4pm when we were there at the start of May and there aren’t many places close by to get food so stock up before you get to site. The pool wasn’t accessible and needed some serious cleaning but may be because it was classed as out of season. WiFi wasn’t accessible site wide.

Liked: The toilet facilities looked clean.
Disliked: It was awful. A shack for reception locked up and no one around. The pool was green and neglected. We looked and left as it felt very unsafe. Total misrepresentation of what there was.

Liked: Nothing. The site looked abandoned.
Disliked: When we arrived the place looked abandoned. There was mo one there nowhere was open and all the pitches were overgrown.
The buildings were in a state of disrepair and the whole place felt unsafe. We did not stop but found a really good site about 3Km away next to the restaurants at the bottom of the road.
I am trying to find get the deposit back from Pitch up but not having much response at the moment.

Liked: Quiet at night.
Disliked: The WiFi didn’t work and the site was very soggy. We were able to park on a concrete path so it was OK but it wouldn’t have been any good if only actual pitches were available. Tired facilities but kept very Although the first reception was fine the other staff were overworked with the cafe bar and quite rude when we asked about WiFi
