Costa Blanca camping – how fab. And have a gander at that main pool too – blue, big and tropical, surrounded by palm trees and part of a watery complex at this swishly modern site that also includes a tropical pool, a spa pool, waterslides and paddling pool. Covering 400,000 square metres and dog-friendly, this central Vega Baja site is a very splendid pick. Although the pool complex here is extensive, it's a mere fraction of what's on offer at this excellently kitted out site: guests at Alicante's Alannia Costa Blanca have access as well to a spa with saunas, foot baths and a Turkish bath; a hair and beauty salon for hair, body and facial treatments, and a fitness centre if you want to ensure you stay sleek even on your hols. A games room, library and newspaper stand are also around for leisure, as are miniature golf, tennis and pétanque. Daytime and evening entertainment are run regularly in high season by the Alannia team; off site, you can hire a car or bike if you want to explore the surroundings. Plenty of options are around the park for food and drink too, with a restaurant, a pub with an outdoor terrace, a tropical bar, a supermarket and a barbecue area all to pick from on site. Alannia Costa Blanca is in the Valencian Community town of Crevillente, close to El Hondo Natural Park and 15 kilometres from the fine sandy beaches and watersports of Guardamar. It has a car wash, a pet toilet and an accessible bathroom block with toilets, washbasins, hot showers and a parent and baby bathroom. The site has been fully adapted to cater for guests with reduced mobility. All pitches on site have a TV connection, water connection, 220v electrical connection and wifi.

Liked: Huge area, just off motorway but you would never know! Staff helpful and ensure the common areas are spotless. Plenty to do for families. Dog friendly, great dog run at the back of the park. We love it here and decided to stay for another couple of nights. We will be back again next year.

Disliked: Can't think of anything. You have everything covered.

Liked: Wonderful stay. Lara on reception nade sure that we were near the toilet block.
Superbly clean. Everything was excellent.

Liked: Wir hatten für 6 Tage einen Stellplatz für unser Wohnmobil. Der Stellplatz war ausreichend groß für 7.50m Wohnmobil inklusive Vorzellt und PKW mit Frischwasser und Abwasser inklusive Strom. Alles was man braucht. Ausreichend Sanitäranlagen die immer sauber waren.

Disliked: Dieser Campingplatz mit seinen über 1000 Stellplätzen ist für uns zu groß. Das hat mit Camping und Wohnmobilfreiheit nichts mehr zu tun. Bis zum Meer sind es über 20 km

Supérette pour dépanner.
Pour ceux qui restent longtemps, il y a un salon de coiffure et une onglerie.
Grande salle de sport.
Animations toute l'année pour les enfants.
La zone de services pour les camping-cars.
Possibilité de louer un véhicule.
Petit train si vous êtes loin de l'entrée.
Sanitaires propres. Eau chaude.
Beaucoup d'activités de plein air mais fermées en cette période.

Disliked: La nourriture du restaurant.
Il faut une voiture car loin de tout, peu de bus. La location est d'office de 3 jours pour un petit véhicule. 189€ à payer en espèces.
Résidence secondaire pour les espagnols.
Wifi payant sur les parcelles même si nous n'en avons pas eu besoin.

Cycle routes start from the site; hiking, birdwatching and nature spotting along nature trails around the lagoons and marshes of El Hondo Natural Park is within a few kilometres, and sandy beaches are under half an hour's drive away. Historical towns and cities within 40 minutes' drive for day trips include Elche (with castle, museums, botanical gardens and ziplining park); Santa Pola (with amusement park and beaches), Guardamar del Segura (with nature park, sand dunes, beach and castle), and Torrevieja, with waterpark, casino and landscaped gardens. The castle, museums and galleries of Alicante are under an hour away. If it's waterparks you hanker after, three are within 30 kilometres: Rojales Aquapark 20 kilometres away, Aquapark Flamingo (26 kilometres) and Aquopolis Torrevieja, within 29. Terra Mítica, Aqua Natura and Aqualandia are within a couple of hours' drive if you want to venture further.
