This site would very much like you to be Interpals with it. And in exchange? You’ll get to make your temporary home among pine woodlands and have unlimited access to a big outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi, basketball and tennis courts, kids' handicraft workshops, cinema and live music nights – and if that’s not enough, it’s all within easy walking distance of some splendid fine white sandy coves. Framed by a manicured lawn and tall pine trees, the pool area at Camping Interpals is spot on for relaxing after a long day’s sightseeing; the neighbouring Jacuzzi has 24 hydromassage jets, and you can bubble away quietly too among its 12 water jets. While you’re spa-ing it up, the kids can run riot: to complement its existing play area with outdoor toys, swings and slides, Interpals has installed a fab adventure playground with a Tibetan bridge, a trapeze and a 20-metre zipwire for monkeying around on. The multisports area provides yet more fun stuff to do and includes ping pong tables as well as basketball, volleyball and badminton courts. The entertainment team puts on lots of activities during high season and on busy weekends throughout low season, and should you require a little light distraction in the evenings, there’s a good balance of evening entertainment that includes cinema nights and live music evenings. Foodwise, dine in fine style on traditional Spanish and international cuisine at the on-site bar and café – and on a sunny day (of which there are sure to be many), plough into some tasty paella out on the terrace overlooking the pool.

Great location near the beach with free shuttle. Praised for clean facilities, shady pine trees, and fun pool with slides. Friendly staff. Some found tent pitches cramped, especially on hills, and noted strong water pressure/no individual sinks in bathrooms. Soft sandy roads were also an issue for some.

Liked Campeggio moderno e davvero curato,ottimo per famiglia e i bambini,pulizia eccellente soprattutto i bagni sempre puliti e profumati, piscina molto bella con gli scivoli dove i bambini si sono divertiti, trenino gratuito che ti porta al mare,alla sera spettacoli di intrattenimento.
Siamo stati benissimo, la sera si dormiva benissimo belli freschi, zero zanzare e zero insetti.
Un ringraziamento va anche a Cristina della reception, cordiale e gentile ,avevo bisogno di una farmacia per mio figlio neonato e si è prestata ad accompagnarmi in auto essendo che a piedi era lontano.
Siamo stati molto bene.

Liked La animación para los pequeños, su cercanía a la playa y la amabilidad del personal.

Disliked Las parcelas pequeñas y apiñadas, con mucha arena, lo que hace difícil que la autocaravana se pueda mover. Las duchas no funcionaban muy bien, a veces el agua salía fría.

Local attractions

Extremely helpful peeps that they are, Interpals staff ask you to let them help you organise your days of sightseeing and outdoor activity around the area. First stop: the beach, for windsurfing, bodyboarding, kayaking and snorkelling, as well as seaside golfing. Next is Costa Brava Parc Aventura treetop adventure park – there you can test your nerve among more than 90 adventure activities up in the canopies, from ziplining around half a kilometre of high wires to leaps into the void, rope bridges and Tarzan jumps. Day trips to medieval villages such as Pals are easy from the site too, and for something nature-based there’s the marine reserve of the Medes Islands. Over in Figueres, the hometown of eccentric surrealist artist Salvador Dali, there’s a museum and theatre dedicated to his life’s work, where the painter (rather creepily) is also buried in a crypt below the stage.
