On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 17 or over.
• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorization from their parents or legal guardian.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Please pick any available site on arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Extras

• All units: access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged €10.00 ($10.83) per adult and €7.00 ($7.58) per child per day.
• All units: access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged €10.00 ($10.83) per person per day.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• The bar is open between 04/01 and 09/30.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• There are no garbage cans onsite: all garbage will need to be taken home with you.
• The restaurant is open between 04/01 and 09/30.
• The spa is open between 04/01 and 09/30.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €45.00 ($48.73) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 06/02 and 09/10 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is closed from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from to between 04/01 and 09/30.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Sites

• A cable measuring at least 5 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• Minimum spacing of 2 metres between pitches.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.
• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by noon.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
