Liked great place, great lady at the reception, easy access to Venice - ticket purchased directly at the reception, stop in front of the campsite.
Everything clean, functional. Food in the restaurant is great.
just a greater incidence of mosquitoes.

Liked Tous , le camping ,le personnel qui est super . Le camping a tous ce qu’il faut à porter de mains .
Épicerie,bar,restaurant,piscine (pensez au bonnet de bain) et bien sûr sanitaire et j’en passe .
Ils y a même des cartes pour le bus et le bateau pour visiter et tous est expliquer.
Et bien sûr la bonne humeur y est présente . Nous reviendrons .

Liked Site was clean, staff were helpful, shop well stocked.

Disliked Mosquitos here we're horrendous on the site. Even with lots of deterrents and treatments there was no escape!

Liked The best camping I’ve ever been to. Close to the city of Venice, full of history and art, it was delightful to be able to visit it.
Their pitches are very big and shaded, and their organisation is absolutely fantastic. Even though they had no more available places, the camping was very calm and peaceful. We slept beautifully.
The public services are excellent, cleaned and sanitized several times a day.
The staff is absolutely lovely, always smiling and ready to fulfill our demands. Very professional and hardworking.
The restaurant is cozy and the food is excellent; we had a wonderful dinner.
Highly reccomended!

By train or air: From Venice Marco Polo, take the bus to Padova / Dolo / Stra. From Venezia Santa Lucia, go to Piazzale Roma and take the bus to Padova/ Dolo / Stra. From Venezia Mestre, take bus 53 or 57 to Oriago di Mira. Buses stop in front of the campsite.

Local attractions

Venice first, of course... It's only 20 minutes away via regular buses to Piazzale Roma, so prep for an early start and a day among the city's small alleys and famous palaces, the Rialto and the Accademia bridges, the swish Canova restaurant, St Mark's Square, Punta della Dogana, the Palazzo dei Dogi... The Ventian Lagoon next, natch: most peeps float around to the main islands of Torcello, Burano, Murano and/or spend a day on the beach at the Lido; if you're at this last around September, look out for celeb types at the Venice Film Festival. The old and very fancy palaces and gardens of the Riviera del Brenta are also a popular Venice tourist spot – take the Il Burchiello boat if at all poss – and if you want to travel a bit further afield, Verona, Padua and Treviso are all very much worth the trip.
