Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 8 day(s) of arrival.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Extras

• A charge of €0.50 ($0.52) applies for the use of the shower.
• Facilities/activities including parasols and sunloungers near the swimming pool and WiFi are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 06/01 and 09/05.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m..
• The grocery shop is open between 04/25 and 09/15.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 04/20 and 09/15.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €40.00 ($41.71) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 15 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 04/22 and 09/18 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. between 04/18 and 09/22.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

Sites

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• Units longer than 7 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
