On-site accommodation

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are required to wear a muzzle.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including laundry are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 05/18 and 09/30.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 9 a.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m..
• The grocery shop is open between 05/18 and 09/30.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 05/18 and 09/30.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Some facilities require the wearing of swim caps.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 05/18 and 09/30 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 05/18 - 07/05 and 08/31 - 09/30.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 05/18 and 07/05.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 07/06 and 08/30.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Sites

• Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.
• Units longer than 8 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 11 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
