On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorization from their parents or legal guardian.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Please pick any available site on arrival.
• The park will send you further check-in information 10 day(s) before your arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

• Entertainment passes are included in the rate.
• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• A state-issued fishing license is required (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).
• Entertainment and activities are available between 06/08 and 09/08.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 7 a.m..
• The bar is open between 05/30 and 09/22.
• The grocery shop is open between 05/30 and 09/22.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The restaurant is open between 05/30 and 09/22.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €200.00 ($215.51) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: €200.00 ($215.51) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €50.00 ($53.88) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Some facilities require the wearing of swim caps.
• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 05/30 and 09/22 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to midnight and from to between 05/30 and 09/22.
• Reception is unmanned after 9 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Sites

• Minimum spacing of 1 metres between pitches.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between midnight and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
• Units longer than 9 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 11 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
