Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 60 day(s) of arrival.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Guests under the age of 0 are not allowed on site.
• This site only accepts bookings from existing Caravan and Motorhome Club members: please provide your membership number in the 'Special requests' box when booking.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorization from their parents or legal guardian.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Haupteingang.
• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Please pick any available site on arrival.
• The park will send you further check-in information 0 day(s) before your arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are not allowed during high season between 04/11 and 11/09.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Extras

• 0: access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged €0.00 ($0.00) per adult and €0.00 ($0.00) per child per 0.
• Entertainment passes are included in the rate.
• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Bookings for 28 must not be for more than 350 consecutive nights.
• Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 04/11 and 11/09.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between midnight and midnight.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 04/11 and 11/09.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 04/11 and 11/09.
• Reception is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 04/11 and 11/09.
• Reception is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 04/11 and 11/09 and between 04/11 and 11/09.
• Reception is open from 10 a.m. to noon and from midnight to 6 p.m. between 04/11 - 11/09 and 04/11 - 11/09.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Sites

• Please note, pup tents are to be used for storage purposes only. Guests may not use them for sleeping.
• Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.
• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 1 a.m. and 1 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 11 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
