On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorization from their parents or legal guardian.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between noon and 2 p.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Refunds within the indicated cancelation period are only possible if the park is able to relet your unit/site.
• The fishing lakes are stocked with mixed fish.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This campground/park does not have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 03/01 and 10/12.

Safety

• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Sites

• Minimum spacing of 2 metres between pitches.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Units heavier than 8000 kg are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10:30 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
