On-site accommodation

Changes to your holiday

• Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The park will send you further check-in information 7 day(s) before your arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

• A charge of €0.50 ($0.52) applies for the use of the shower.

General

• A state-issued fishing license is required (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).
• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between noon and 2 p.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €400.00 ($418.61) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: €75.00 ($78.49) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €75.00 ($78.49) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 06/20 and 08/31 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 04/18 and 07/05 and between 08/31 and 09/21.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 07/05 and 08/31.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.
• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Sites

• A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
• No vehicle movement between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
• Units longer than 7 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
