On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 07/06 and 08/29.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m..
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €250.00 ($290.51) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €80.00 ($92.96) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Reception

• Reception is closed from noon to 1 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 04/01 - 07/03 and 08/30 - 10/30.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 07/06 and 08/29.
• Reception is unmanned after 6 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
