On-site accommodation

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• Entertainment and activities are available between 07/01 and 08/31.
• Quiet hours must be respected between midnight and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 04/01 and 10/31.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €390.00 ($412.44) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €90.00 ($97.68) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 4 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, RV or accommodation hire) traveling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
• The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 05/15 and 09/30 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 09/01 and 06/30.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 07/01 and 08/31.
• Reception is unmanned after 6 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
