On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.
• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• The bar is open between 07/01 and 08/31.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The restaurant is open between 07/01 and 08/31.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €200.00 ($223.92) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 5 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €60.00 ($67.18) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 07/01 and 08/31 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 07/01 and 08/31.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 09/01 and 06/30.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.
• Open fires are prohibited.

Vehicles

• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
