Pootle to Prague within half an hour, or take a bus from a stop that lies right by the park entrance: day trips are a doddle from Camping Oase Prague just over 20 kilometres from Prague’s historic core… especially with guided day trips organised right on site. Kids will be in their element at this site too: there’s absolutely loads for them to get stuck into, from a sandpit and a 30-metre zipline and brightly coloured clambering kit in the outdoor playgrounds to air hockey, mini pool and soft play, games, train sets and other toys for rainy days at the indoor playroom… and rabbits to say hi to over at the site hutches. A programme of organised activities like arts and crafts and indoor games runs in high season too. Bike hire is available, so should you be partial to a pedal tour you can hire one along with a helmet, lights and servicing tools. Cycling maps and tips for trips around the area are on hand too, or if you just fancy a spin to the shops then you can add a front basket to load up with goodies. If you’re in need of some local knowledge just ask the multilingual and mightily helpful site team to assist with any sightseeing info you might need. The restaurant serves reasonably priced eats (and has a play area for fidgety littlies), and there’s a small shop too selling freshly baked bread in the morning and other essentials during peak season (with these available at at reception during quieter spells).

Highly recommended for families, this site boasts numerous kids' activities & a friendly vibe. Guests loved the clean facilities & on-site pool/restaurant. It's close to Prague with easy transit. Some noted road noise & weak Wi-Fi for multiple devices. Great value, pleasant stay.

Liked Good facilities. Easy access to Prague via bus 341 and tram 17. Bought the Prague Visitor Pass which was worth it for first timers. Lots to do and despite the crowds, got in most places without a wait.
Cable car being building to observatory which is worth a visit at night for anyone into space. They were very friendly and informative.
Easy payment scheme in site where have a tag and then pay at end.

Disliked Not many showers.

Powered grass campsite (comfort)

Liked Mooie camping. Ligt net buiten Praag, maar met openbaar vervoer is het erg goed te doen. Wij reden met een camper, dus moesten met openbaarvervoer. Je kan op de camping kaartjes kopen voor , bus of tram, maar ook voor combi. De bus stopt recht voor de camping. Met een halfuurtje ben je in praag.

Op de camping is er vanalles te doen voor de kinderen. Ze hebben er een kleine arcade hal, die gratis te bespelen zijn. Eigenlijk zijn alle activiteiten gratis, behalve biljart. Voor veel dingen, ( bv groot schaakspel) lever je je bandje in voor de sleutel van de kist waar de stukken in liggen, hierna ruil je de sleutel weer om. Zo gaat dat bij veel.
De aankopen op de camping gaan ook via het bandje en betaal je dus bij vertrek.

Er is ook een animatie team aanwezig die bijna elke dag wel iets organiseren.

De eigenaar spreekt ook Nederlands ( wel makkelijk want er staan erg veel Nederlanders)en is erg behulpzaam.


Broodjes worden smorgens vers gebakken.

Al met al een erg fijne camping.

Liked Everything was good. Staff were nice, facilities clean and well kept. Always something to do each evening. Good for kids, rabbits are tame and lots of them on the site. Didn't use the pool.
WiFi was fast and free.
There is a small football pitch that they have some entertainment on also.
Go karts, pool table, table tennis, small kids play park.
Even though the weather was not great it was still a nice place to stay. Good value in the restaurant and overall. 25 minutes to central Prague. Good local gym and Tesco local about 7 minutes away.
We had a car which was used often. Don't know what public transport is like.

Liked Hyggeligt sted , venligt personale. Mindre plads men med flere faciliteter end man skulle tro. Utroligt renligt , der blev gjort rent konstant.

Mange børne familier , overraskende mange fra både Danmark og Holland.

Gode aktiviteter for børn

Disliked Vores plads lå ud mod hovede vejen , der bliver kørt ret stærkt så i perioder var der en smule larm.

Liked De grote van de plek was perfect 150 m2 verder was er een leuk zwembad en een goed restaurant sanitair werd heel goed schoongemaakt en er was zelfs een vaatwasser die je twee keer per dag kon gratis kon gebruiken en de bushalte precies voor de camping was helemaal mooi om een trip naar Praag te maken. Al met al een mooie camping en zeker een camping om nog een keer terug te komen.

Disliked Niets eigenlijk er waren geen minpunten wat ons betreft. Oh ja misschien de prijs wij betaalden 85 per nacht maar dat was op een comfort plek van 150 m2 en je hebt maar 6 ampere wij hebben nog bijgekocht tot 12 ampere. Was mooi geweest als het voor dat geld standaard 12 ampere was geweest. En de wifi moest ook betaald worden je kreeg 2 wifi vouchers gratis en dus moesten we er twee bij kopen van 4 euro per week.
