Cabañas y Camping del Juaco is on the shore of Lake Icalma, half a kilometre from the town of Icalma in the Chilean Andes. The site is surrounded by native forest and has direct access to the lake via a small sandy beach. This site is all about the great outdoors; as well as swimming and fishing in the lake itself, you've also got several national parks nearby for hiking, climbing and horse riding. The landscape in this area is dotted with lakes that make good focal points for your hikes. Experienced climbers may like to tackle one of the area's volcanoes, such as Villarica or Lonquimay. There's a restaurant at Camping del Juaco, and the town has several others along with a small supermarket. Other amenities at the site include a toilet block with showers.
