Liked Facilities and bar great staff friendly

Disliked 75 euro deposit with 14-28 day refund requirement. plus additional costs for showers and waste bin bags that we were charged for and never received. Not worth an overnight or two. May be better if longer but these hidden fees were annoying. Heated pool is freezing and full of dead wasps and hornets.

Ok for one night. Would be a lot better if they had enough staff.

Liked The toilets and showers were clean
Great stuff for children
The picture we stayed on was great
Had her own water facility on it

Disliked Not enough people working there
You need to bring your own toilet roll
Couldn’t get in or out of the gate to the campsite
Told you to ring a number when you get there, but didn’t ring
No Wi-Fi on your pitch
Says they had a pool but wasn’t available both days we were there

Liked De ontvangst, het verblijf en de rust

Disliked Bij aankomst werd 34 euro waarborg voor de sleutel van mijn bankrekening afgehaald.
Bij vertrek heb ik de instructies gevold, er was niemand in de receptie.
Tot heden, niettegenstaande een tiental mails wordt de waarborg niet teruggestort.
Een gunstig gevolg zou ik waarderen. Beide partijen moeten correct zijn.

Liked Extremely friendly. We arrived late and office was closed but was able to contact Cindy by phone and she had arranged for everything to be left in the bar for us. Restaurant kitchen also stayed open a little later for us as we hadn't eaten.

Verblijfpark Ardinam is located within the well-known Viroinval area, a collection of eight scenic villages that border the Viroin river. The local area has lots of sporty options for guests, including a riding stables (five minutes' drive), a range of fisheries (15 minutes) and, in the pretty riverside town of Revin (25 minutes), opportunities to hire top of the range electric bikes. Family-friendly days out in the vicinity area also easy to find – down the road in Treignes (10 minutes) there's a steam train museum with old locomotives on display, while heading out in the other direction will take you to subterranean safaris at the Grottes de Neptune caves (10 minutes), where there are informative guided tours and spectacular underground boat rides. Looking slightly further afield? You could spend time by the water at the L'Eau d'Heure lakes (30 minutes), where Natura Parc outdoor activity centre can sort your out with watersports or speedy zooms down zipwires. Other highlights in the region include Dinant (40 minutes), an attractive fortified town in the Belgian Ardennes set against a backdrop of steep cliffs. In the mood for more medieval castles? The commanding Citadel of Namur (an hour and 10 minutes), which has roots going back to the 10th century, is also worth the drive.
