A lovely relaxing place to stay.
Powered grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked My sister and I have stayed here twice. It is so peaceful and relaxing and the views are beautiful. The owners are so welcoming and friendly. The area is well looked after and the pitches are flat. A little tip.. Take good pegs and a mallet, The ground seems to have a layer of grit under the soil which is great for draining but not great when you have standard pegs and end up bending most of them lol. The shower and toilets are clean and tidy.

Liked Great views, lovely and quiet.
Disliked Booked long weekend for Easter break thinking bar facilities and food would be available, only to find this was not the case.

From the manager: Hi, sorry for your disappointment, we open the barn facilities from July 19th - 30th September. Our licence only allows for this period. I’m glad you have brought it to our attention and we will ensure this is stated on Pitchup.
Can we offer you a two nights stay in the summer holiday’s when the facilities are open hopefully this will make up for your disappointment 😀

From the manager: Sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay, 3/10 is very disappointing for us. To clarify, there are five water taps; one by the barn, one half way up the electric area, one on the water shed located at the end of the electric area, another by pitch number 2 and the one outside the shower block. All taps have a drinking water sign clearly marked on them.
We’re assuming the area that you wanted to see was Castlemartin Range? There are unfortunately times where this area closes due to MOD live firing, something we are unable to control. We would advise all future campers to look at one of the many sources of information concerning opening times, such as the Pembrokeshire County Council website and National Park website also.
Nice but extremely open to elements if windy avoid

Disliked Extremely windy.... wind gusts where only 40mph but had to pack up has even with car shielding tent it was folding in half 😳 I've been on sites with hedge rows & trees where offered slight protection unfortunately this site is wide open to elements so on even a moderate wind its bad everyone packed up and left.... we only had 2 out of our 5 nights their was offered no refund either sadly 😔 my 4 yr old was heart broken
