What customers say
This riverside campsite is praised for its beautiful, peaceful, and magical location, described as a hidden gem. Guests enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, clean facilities, and friendly hosts. While the rural setting offers no cell signal, many embraced the digital detox. A few visitors noted a desire for more restrooms and showers, and the presence of slugs, though one review suggests this is seasonal.

SOMETHING FROM A FAIRYTALE
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Wow! Wow! Wow! This place is a hidden gem! Something from a fairytale... The sound of the river, beautiful wildlife! On arrival we was amazed by how beautiful this location was! Lovely walks, lake, river, wild swimming was lush!.. Firepits available & firewood, clean facilities with powerful hot showers. We enjoyed it that much we asked to stay another night. It is very rural, country lanes, no phone signal but we would definitely pick this place everytime!! Friendly owner & cleaners. Thank you for a magical stay!!
Disliked No phone signal, but we enjoyed being without our phone!
