De douches waren prima.

A beautiful campsite slightly hindered by the wind speeds.
Lower Abereiddi Field powered grass campsite
Liked Stunning view, absolutely breathtakingly close to the coast. Truly beautiful.
Disliked Wind trap (all directions) which unfortunately cut our trip short. The wind was relentless and due to its location meant that very little sleep was had.

From the manager: Hi there,
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed the amazing views — we're lucky to have them, and even happier to share them with guests! It's great to hear our team made a positive impression too — I’ll be sure to pass that on to them 😊
We hope to welcome you back again soon for another stay!

From the manager: Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback.
Wow! What great photos! We’re really pleased you enjoyed the views, the washing facilities, and that our team made a good impression. Being able to have a fire is something we know our guests love, so we're glad you enjoyed that too 😊.
Regarding the WiFi — We’re really sorry about the WiFi during your stay. We were in the process of trialling a new system to improve coverage across the site, but unfortunately, your visit happened to fall right in the middle of the transition. The good news is the new setup is now live and performing much better — so things should be much smoother for future stays.
We understand the rush that comes over the Bank Holiday. While we aim to maintain a smooth experience for everyone by doing site patrol, we know it can get a little busier (and occasionally noisier) during this weekend. We’re continuing to improve how we manage large group bookings and site coordination to keep everyone happy at full capacity.
Thanks again for staying with us — and we’d love to welcome you back during another weekend other than bank holiday so you can enjoy the site at its most relaxing!
Warm regards,
The Celtic Camping Team
After a mix up with our pitch Ian sorted it very quickly.

Lower Abereiddi Field primitive grass campsite
Liked All the facilities were great and the location was perfect
Disliked Our only gripe was that there were other campers who were being SO loud until around 4am (it was the bank holiday weekend) no enforcement given to be respectful of others.

Liked I really enjoyed my stay. It was the bank holiday so it was busy, there’s aways one group that can be annoying. However I let staff know of the situation and it was handled immediately. Absolute legend with 2 german shepherds helped me out! The problem was solved, very grateful as the rest of my stay was great. View was amazing also!

From the manager: Hi there,
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your experience! We’re glad you enjoyed the amazing views!
We always want to make sure everyone has a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s wonderful to hear Ian and especially our two German Shepherds — were able to help quickly and resolve the noise issue for you.
We’d love to welcome you back anytime — I'm sure the dogs would too!
Warm regards,
The Celtic Camping Team
A campsite that wants your money, with the things to rent and buy
Lower Abereiddi Field powered grass campsite
Liked Amazing views. The nearby coastal path leading the the blue lagoon.
Disliked The toilet and shower block were unclean and not enough for the size of the campsite. The pitch we had was really unsuitable for a campervan and we had to purchase blocks to level the van and even then we were on a slant. Rubbish and dog poo were left around the vacant pitches. We informed the office about the mess, nothing was done.
