Hettie's Happy Campers is a friendly pop-up site set among the Carmarthenshire countryside. Located roughly halfway between the towns of Llanelli and Kidwelly and a mile to the south of the village of Trimsaran, this rural spot has decided to welcome a small number of guests in their spacious field. Most of the field is flat, so pitching up shouldn't be an issue, but this is an elevated location, so some places do have a slight gradient. Facilities at Hettie's Happy Campers include a single shower, toilet and sink housed in a separate bathroom. The main attraction, though, has got to be the views that can be seen from the majority of the field – which include far-reaching vistas over the stunning Welsh coast. Dogs are allowed here, as are barbecues – just be mindful of other guests and follow the site team's instructions. For local amenities, you can easily drop by the supermarket, takeaway and post office in Trismaran; if you haven't found what you're looking for there, Llanelli (10 minutes' drive) has a larger choice of shops and should be able to sort you out.
