What customers say
Spacious sites & great location near Black Rock Sands beach with beautiful views. Friendly staff. Clean, though some facilities are dated. New pods are a hit. Some guests faced issues with shower tokens, noise, or facility maintenance.

Good
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Very spaced in a beautiful surroundings pitch
Disliked Coins for shower, disposal toilets are very small and no steps for it. Showers are difficult to undress( no space to put clothes). About 3m to get to the shower

We expected more. It is good campsite but it needs better facilities.
Primitive grass campsite
Liked It's got very spacious pitches that are well kept.
Ladies showers and toilets near the reception are ok.
It was fairly quiet when we were there.
Tokens for shower are included (one token give u 5 minutes for a shower)
Disliked Toilets at the campsite are horrible. They are dirty, small and toilet paper is on the floor. As an adult you are barely fitting in that toilet - it's not comfortable at all. Toilets are also located around trash bins so it is extremely smelly when you walking by.
Mens showers and toilets are very tired and need refurbishment. At ladies showers the tiles are coming off the wall at some places and some plants are growing in from the outside.
If you going for a shower early then you got nice hot water but if you going later there is no chance for a nice warm water.
We had much better experience at the cheeper campsites.

Disliked The toilets where dirty no disabled toilet the site says it has quiet hours these where not unforced both nights we where kept up till past 1am by music and children screaming rubbish was left by tents all day and seagulls ripped it open and it was everywhere for at least 6 hours reception was not helpful

A really good site with clean facilities and helpful staff.
Powered grass and sand campsite
Liked A really nice campsite with good pitches, clean toilets and quick warm showers. The staff were really helpful. The beach is nearby and the scenery is amazing. All in all, very organised. They even have a quiet field.

Nice location, basic site
Powered grass and sand campsite
Liked The site is in a good location for access to black rock sands and the wales costal path. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pitches were well maintained and flat.
Disliked Toilets and showers are in process of being updated. Current facilities are basic and overdue a refit. Worth noting pitch 16 which is bang opposite the toilets and bins. So lots of door slamming, generally coming and going, and floodlights. Despite there being a barriers behind the pitch, the site layout being in long rows meant other campers in the rows behind continually climbed over and cut through our pitch to get to the loos. Something the site owners may want to rethink during their refit.
Also returned to site to discover an enormous tent pitched up next to us that clearly encroached past the pitch markers. Wasn’t bothered as we were leaving the next morning, but again feedback to site management to be more proactive checking new arrivals setup as it just shouldn’t happen.
All stuff that easy to address.

Worst site we’ve ever been to.
Powered grass and sand campsite
Liked Not very much to like I’m afraid.
Disliked The ground was uneven, and people were packed in too close. The portable toilets were disgusting. Dogs were running loose and nobody from the site did anything about it.
The photos on pitch up were of one small nice looking field, the rest is very run down seasonal pitches, then just a tent field.
There is no WiFi or TV signal at all.
