Liked Peaceful, well kept site. Showers & toilets were warm & spotless. Level pitches with water & electricity. 10min walk into Caernarfon alongside the narrow gauge railway line. Washing machine & tumble drier if needed with an honesty box. Covered washing up area. Food bags & poo bags available. Would definitely return.

Fabulous weekend, thank you.
Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Perfect location for easy access into Caernarfon along the cycle track. Ideal for my husband who uses a mobility scooter and very safe for doggie to walk off lead. Pitch was very spacious, level and with ehu, water and grey waste. Very reasonably priced. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Will certainly return in the Spring.

Great location!
Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Nice peaceful site, just a 20 min walk from Caernarfon. Large, flat pitches. Dark at night, so take a torch! All communication with owners is done by text - nobody on duty at site. Excellent recycling facilities. Very clean toilet and shower block, but...
Disliked ...just ONE shower and two toilets in each of the M and F areas, which was clearly insufficient, even though the site was only half full. (There appeared to be a second building but this was locked up.) Similarly only ONE washing-up sink, which resulted in a queue at times.

Lovely peaceful site

Liked Loved this peaceful site. Lovely warm and clean showers. Wonderful views from the site. Location is perfect for walking along the cycle track into Caenarfon ( turn left) takes 25 mins, nice easy walk brings you out by the harbour and the castle.
Turn right back at the site along the cycle path leads you to the best garden centre ever been to. Walk for 10mins along the path, until you get to the footpath crossing then turn right through the big gate, walk to the road then left ,the centre is 5 mins up the road. Enjoyed an amazing meal , cakes are huge!!
Would definitely return to this site, highly recommend. A bit more expensive but worth it.
We had good phone signal and we used our own WiFi which enabled Netflix.
Met Glynis, lovely lady , sister of owner who was away on holiday.
Disliked Nothing to dislike, if I was being picky another wash up stand for dishes would be helpful.

A very friendly farm based campsite with excellent facilities,

Liked This was a super friendly site, the owners sister was very nice and welcoming, we stayed during Storm Amy so weather was awful, however this did not stop us having a lovely time. The facilities were very good ,very clean and warm. and I loved the honesty box for the washing machine and dryer, so refreshing to be able to do laundry and not being charged far too much. I hope everyone pays what is asked as it is very reasonable compared to other campsites where they charge far too much.
