- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- The outdoor swimming pool is open between 04/01 and 10/31 (subject to weather conditions).
- Reception is unmanned after 4 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Electricity is metered on site at £0.35 per kWh and must be paid onsite using the app.

Liked Lovely site in walking distance to the beach. Kids loved the pool. We only booked 1 night but booked an extra night as it was that good.
Disliked Only issue was the burger van. Served us a raw burger, took it back and the lady serving had terrible attitude. Also WiFi was very poor amd kept dropping off

Liked Location, friendly staff and quiet after 11am. Warmth in toilet blocks. Well kept pitches. Great little pool.
Disliked Toilet blocks need some tlc, and more regular cleaning. Poor WiFi kept dropping out. No-one to meet me arrived after 6pm and didn't explain what to do.

Disliked I think the electric meters should be credited with £5, when you book. If you need more you should be able to top up at reception. The site signal isn’t great due to location, so trying to work the app was never impossible. Four families in our group and none of us could top up via the app

Liked Really friendly staff, quiet, plenty to do if you go looking. Pool nice and warm, showers and toilets clean.
Disliked Main building not open till 1pm. Beach front eateries and coffee shops not open till 10-10:30. (Short walk)
Make sure you stock up on food supplies before arrival. Morrisons and Tesco en-route too site.

Disliked Too many caravans all cramped together.
Toilets and showers unclean and need updating.
Loud site with multiple groups together alot of dogs and some off lead.
Having to pay extra for use of electric, pool and gym.
No direction on where to put your awning, we put ours up and had to take it down and re do it again.
WiFi awful too.

We clearly state that elec is charged seperately and accessed via an app during the booking process, but there is no extra charge for the pool or the gym, all we ask is that guests sign in at reception so we can ensure numbers arent exceeded for obvious safety reasons.

Liked I loved the amenities of the site (really surprising what it has to offer for the price); It even has personal water taps where you camp. The close proximity of beach/ cafes was awesome and the receptionist was really welcoming and informative too on arrival.
