What customers say
Sites offer ample space and tall grass for privacy. Owners are often lauded as friendly, welcoming, and extra helpful. The bar, shop, kids' animal feeding, and fire pits are big hits. Facilities are usually clean and decent. Management addressed a few minor concerns about dogs and dishwater temp.

Liked As always fabulous stay!! The Owners are excellent: so helpful, kind and sociable. 😍 It is amazing to look at all the changes that has been done (well done, Lee). Michaela - the loveliest woman. 😊

Great stay in ideal location, lovely owners , would definitely return
Primitive grass campervan or tent campsite (pet friendly)
Liked The pitches separated with long grass areas, the friendly owners on arrival , the bar and shop , close to places I visit, easy to find, value for money , firepit to use
Disliked I kept my dog on lead yet my neighbours dog kept coming over and upsetting my dog which has made him fearful of bigger dogs, no hot water for dishwashing , only 2 showers , drinking water from taps cloudy

From the manager: Maybe have a word with the owners of the other dog?????? (Milo - a 6 month old puppy that got along just fine with our little Jack).
We do have hot water for dishwashing, it's the tap on the left.
Two showers is what is required for our campsite licence and is more than adequate.
The cloudy water was caused by two fire engines putting a fire out at one of our friend's properties nearby, that dislike has really struck a raw nerve.
Having problems and choosing to leave a review highlighting them is far less effective/nice than discussing your concerns with us and allowing us to deal with them. You definitely will not be returning, we have blocked your details denying future bookings.

Primitive grass tent campsite (no pets)
Liked Owners, facilities and animals. Great campsite with extremely hospitable owners, they go out of there way to make you feel welcomed and actually wanted on site. The kids loved the chickens wondering around and enjoyed feeding the animals. Pitchs are well spaced and big enough to not feel on top of other campers. We will deffinately be going back.

We stayed at New Inn as…
Primitive grass campervan or tent campsite (pet friendly)
Liked We stayed at New Inn as a family of 4 - 2 young children and our 6 month old puppy and the site was perfect. We loved the pet friendly pitch we had and Michaela and Lee were always on hand and made us feel very welcome. The bonfire and marshmallows and feeding the animals was a real bonus for the kids. Beautiful walks on the doorstep too. We definitely plan to come back.
