If you like wild camping and feeling isolated then this is perfect
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Loved this place…..very simple it is literally a field of sheep and feels like you are completely alone with nothing else or anybody else around so perfect for us.
There is a toilet, which my husband loved driving to in his landy, he loved the off roading to get to our tent! Wouldn’t want to walk it though.
There is a phone signal if like me you have to keep in touch with a 17 and 18 year old!
Views are amazing and it is just so peaceful and you are left too it again perfect for us.
Already planning when we can go back!

Beautiful views, quiet, private
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked An excellent place to stay—highly recommended for anyone who values privacy. The other campers were far away, giving you plenty of space to yourself. The views were breathtaking, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly."

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Quiet spot, really really pretty. Not far from shops/pubs. Good spot to stay in. Host was excellent in helping us get to the spot and deliver fire wood. Fire pits are well worth the £10

Absolutely amazing
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked If you come prepared, you will have an amazing time. The views are amazing. You have a large space to yourself and towns like Bala and betws aren't a million miles away. Make sure you bring absolutely everything you will need for your stay, as the shop in the nearby village is quite small. Will definitely be coming back to this hidden gem.
Disliked Nothing. Fail to prepare, prepare to fail.

Great site, lovely views, careful of the droppings!
Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Secluded pitches, great views and minimal rules. Vehicles can park next to pitches which is a big bonus when you have lots of gear to set up. Sian was lovely to deal with.
Disliked Because the land is shared by sheep there is a fair amount of droppings around the site, not a deal-breaker but just be aware you may need to do some tactical sweeping before you pitch up.
