What customers say
This tranquil, tidy riverside campground earns rave reviews for beautiful views and super-clean, modern amenities. Manager Chris is consistently lauded for being friendly and helpful. Pitches are level with handy power/water. Great for local exploration and spotting planes on the Mach Loop. A few guests noted it can get busy, and there's no safe sidewalk to the village.

Brilliant campsite, friendly staff, level tidy pitches, clean

Liked Well kept and clean. From our pitch we had a lovely view of the river and the sheep. All facilities are clean, and the bathrooms were spacious. For campers like me who hate having to get changed in a wet room the bathrooms are spacious and you can get changed easily with no worry. We both had full bars of 4G. Chris the site manager was so welcoming and kind and sent me a text to let me know we could ask any questions about the local area and if we ever needed assistance. We had no idea that the this campsite or area was near the Mach loop so we saw a lot jets and other flying air crafts from our van and it was a lovely surprise. We met some lovely campers who informed us of a hill to go see them better but it does get busy after 10am (unfortunately cannot remember the name) and that there is a pub about a 10 minute walk from the campsite. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Liked What a lovely and welcoming site, with beautiful mountain and river views and clean modern pitches, toilet/shower and dishwashing facilities. Chris the site manager was very helpful - thank you🤗 The location, right on the Mach loop, and on the edge of the Snowdonian Park, along with night star gazing was perfect. We had a lovely relaxing stay. We will definitely be back. Thank You 🤗

Pitch was level
Location was quiet and peaceful
Wash rooms and showers were immaculate
Staff and owner very friendly
Disliked This is not a dislike just a couple of small points .
The showers need to be a bit hotter and secondly the grass on the pitches was far to long.
