Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £150.00 ($203.48) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 5 days of arrival and will be refunded within 5 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Hired accommodation: a £150.00 ($203.48) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorized in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: £120.00 ($162.78) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £50.00 ($67.82) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Firepits are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
• No electric barbecues allowed.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 8:30 a.m. and midnight.
• Only one car is to be parked at the site. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.
