What customers say
This peaceful site offers beautiful views and spacious spots. Owners are super friendly and helpful, going the extra mile. Facilities are clean but basic, with a noted shared sink for toilets/dishes. Kids love the animals and open space. Great for a quiet getaway, though you'll need a car for supplies.

Liked Ruth on site was lovely couldn’t be more helpful. Nice quiet location.
Disliked Shower and toilet block. One sink with only cold drinking water which facilitated drinking , washing up , brushing teeth, washing hands after toilet etc. 1 Shower either very hot or cold too

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked The field was great with lovely view. Position of tent along edge of woods meant that it didn't get hot in the morning so a lie-in was possible. Toilets checked and cleaned regularly by owner Ruth who communicated well and went out of her way to make my stay comfortable. There is no freezer for ice packs but she took my ice pack and put it in her home freezer overnight. In theory, with tents/vans spaced out in a line facing the view and with large gaps inbetween, it is very peaceful and relaxing. Kids are encouraged to play away from the tents. The field is large so there is plenty of space.
Disliked Only two toilets and they are unisex and in the same container unit as the sink for washing dishes and a shower cubicle.
If you like to go to the toilet without being heard then you'll struggle with this setup.
There is not a separate sink for washing your hands after using the toilet. It's the same sink as for washing dishes.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked Ruth is the friendliest and most helpful campsite host we have ever met! She really went out of her way to give us a lift to the site, lifts into town, lend us cooking gear - and even took us on a tour to see the sunset on the coast. Full of local information for an even better stay!
The camping field is beautiful with woods on one side and a open view of the Preseli hills to the west. Facilities are adequate and very clean - fairly basic, but that only adds to the charm. The next field has Ruth’s pigs, sheep and friendly donkeys - and there are bats at dusk in the surrounding ancient woodlands.

Bell tent
Liked Spent a magical 3 nights in a bell tent at Coedmor Camping, with my 13 year old son. We enjoyed unspoilt countryside views, sunsets, and birdsong. We had loads of space to play frizbee and football, and roasted marshmallows on the provided campfire.
Ruth the owner was super friendly and helpful, and surprised us with some awesome football keepy-uppys! My son said 'she's really nice, you need to give her a 5 star review!'.
It was a much-needed escape from life's pressures and demands back home, with several gorgeous beaches within 15-20 mins drive.
A lovely corner of the world and a holiday to treasure.
Thank you so much Ruth!

From the manager: Thank you so much for your wonderful review. It was an absolute pleasure to welcome you and your son to Coedmor Camping.
We're delighted that you enjoyed the peace and space of the campsite, the sunsets, birdsong, campfires and time together away from the pressures of everyday life. It means a great deal to hear that your stay provided the relaxing escape you were looking for.
Please tell your son that his 5-star recommendation made us smile! I'm glad he enjoyed the football, and it was lovely meeting you both.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked When arrived we were greeted by Ruth. After unloading we realised we had forgot our camping tent poles. Panic set in realising we had no spares. The team at coedmore camping stepped in and lent us the tipi tent for our two days, helping us put it up too. Couldn’t thank them enough for what they did for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back. Great location not far from Christian but also quiet and private to be away from it all too. 5 stars from me!

From the manager: Thank you for your lovely review. We're so glad we could help when the tent poles were left behind — it would have been such a shame for your camping trip to be cut short.
We're delighted that the tipi tent saved the day and that you enjoyed your stay, the peaceful surroundings and the great location.
Thank you for the 5 stars and your kind words. We hope to see you back at Coedmor Camping again soon!
