- A five-minute drive to mountain biking trails in the Nevis Range
- Access to a salmon fishing river; Fort William 10 minutes' drive;

- The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
- No gas barbecues allowed.
- No charcoal barbecues allowed.
- No electric barbecues allowed.

We had access to the cocking areas when we stayed which was an added bonus but even without them the basic facilities are great.
Gorgeous views of the North Face of Ben Nevis.
