Very good site

Liked: Very clean site

Great site, very clean, very friendly and hardworking staff.
Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer or trailer tent campsite
Liked: The atmosphere, the facilities e.g. food, music. Everywhere was spotlessly clean.
Disliked: Didn't like the unisex toilets in the container. Separate male/female toilet and in a building would be better for how busy all campsite ut is. Also the showers, everywhere spotless but just a little disappointed that they were in a container also.

We unfortunately missed the wkend music events that sound great.
Disliked: Mixed WC, and washing facilities are not ideal.

Poor beyond belief
Powered cement/asphalt RV campsite
Liked: The view from our pitch
Disliked: The bottle of wine I purchased from the bar (to support the establishment) was the worst I'd ever tasted and of very poor quality that neither myself or my friend (we were staying with another couple) could drink so left it and went and got our own out of our campervan.
Also the food served onsite was absolutely awful.. the chicken burger was saturated in oil, it was very soggy and disgusting in quality!
The showers didn’t work and water pressure dire so couldn't use. The toilet in the far field was totally blocked, the door was left open so the smell was awful and flues swarmed.
Therefore we didn’t stay at this site upon our return journey back to Rosslare.
This is not the calibre of site I have come to expect and enjoy with Pitchup so we were very disappointed.

From the manager: Hi Amanda, Disappointed to read your review obviously you made the wrong choice of site to stay at. We take great pride in what we offer on site including our wine bar & food van and as we are always on site every day & evening and you had every opportunity to approach one of us and tell us about what you were not happy about our wine & food and showers ect when we could have done something about it. Really annoying when it goes up as a review and never giving a chance to rectify when here. Please consider next time you write a review for another site that it is camping and not a five star hotel you would not be allowed to drink your own wine in a Hotel...

Friendly staff
Disliked: Not a dislike as such, but the showers were a bit of a hike uphill from the motorhome section of the site. The first one i tried was low pressure and cold but the next one worked OK. I reported it and they said they would get maintenance onto it.
Did dislike the fact that we were asked to discharge our grey waste onto a grating that runs down a culvert directly onto the beach.
