Good site. Well maintained. Felt safe.
Primitive grass campsite
Liked The space. Peaceful campsite. Lots of birdsong in the morning, larks and yellow hammers. Easy quiet walk to the pub. Nice meal at the Lamb. Clean toilets and showers. Lovely view.
Disliked Need to be careful when opening and unlocking the gate. Potential for getting fingers trapped. Otherwise fine.
Great site for a stop over.
Powered grass campsite
Liked Nice, secure site. Code given upon arrival. Big open field. Showers & toilets were great, nice & clean. Found a lane along the side to take the doggies for a walk.
Disliked Nothing really

Primitive grass campsite
Liked Lovely site! So peaceful and the views are gorgeous. We only live 20mins away and were just testing our van but felt like we'd gone truly away it was so relaxing. Easy check in. Friendly lady answered phone straight away and gave us the gate code. Posh portaloos and showers were clean and a lot nicer than some. It's a 'dark sky' area so no streetlights, just magical , loved it! "Almost' wild camping.

Primitive grass campsite
Liked Nice toilets/shower block, everything was working well, lovely view, happy with entry arrangements, didn't mind no staff on site as I felt they'd be happy to help and easy to contact if we needed them.
Disliked Bad smell in one of the toilet cubicles (persisted the three days so more likely plumbing related than "user error"). Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would book again.
