We are a small friendly, clean and well maintained family run caravan and camping park on the outskirts of Salisbury ( 3 miles) in the village of Whaddon. We have been finalists in 2011 and 2012 top 100 sites. Across the road from the site is the village local (The Three Crowns) serving a range beers and home cooked meals. There is also another local The Green Dragon exactly 1 mile from the site also serving good beer and food. A local shop/ postoffice is approx 2 min walk from the site. The local bus service to Salisbury or Southampton and beyond is across the road from the site entrance

Route directions

From the M27 junction 2 signposted Beaulieu Motor Museum follow the signs A36 Salisbury we are approx 10 miles from the motorway, stay on the A36 across the lights at Brickworth and up the hill ( Pepperbox Hill) when you come down the other side you will see a sign on the left which says dual carriageway ahead, as the carriageway starts take the slip road on the left signed Alderbury, Whaddon and Grimstead, as you come down the slip road you will see a large 30MPH sign (SLOW DOWN) the site entrance is on the left. From Salisbury follow the A36 Southamton approx 3 miles along the dual carrageway take the first slip road on the left signed Alderbury,Whaddon, West Grimstead, at the end of the slip road turn right and cross over the top of the A36. DO NOT TURN RIGHT towards Alderbury but follow the road round to the left and the site is second entrance on the left
